Samantha Davies is an Architect with 25 years’ experience across several sectors, most notably in the education and housing sectors with a lot of knowledge about sustainable and modular design. Samantha has worked as a lead consultant and project Architect dealing with traditional contracts, design and build and management contracts from small to multi million pounds developments. Samantha enjoys research into new methods of construction and has extensive working and detailed knowledge of using sustainable, energy conscious methods of construction for new builds, refurbishments and retrofits which brings a wealth of practical and knowledge to the LEAF portfolio. She is a Retrofit Co-ordinator and a Founding Director of the business.
